Interior

55 km northwest of Heinola, lake Suojärvi 800 m away (length 3 km, width 0.8 km), hard and deep beach shared with a few neighbors, own boat.

Wooden cottage 1965, renovated 2014, kitchen-living room sofa bed for one, bedroom 2 beds, sauna (electric), laundry / utility room with walk-in shower and a washer and dryer, porch, terrace.

Summer kitchen, DROP pool and terrace 30 m².
Woodshed.

Wi-Fi access. Air conditioning. Satellite Antenna. Villa Ebba is cute, pink grandma's cottage in the middle of the countryside.
There is a DROP pool, a wood-fired pool on the covered terrace. During period 1.5. - 30.10. the pool can be freely used. In winter, the owner heats it up and charge is 100 € / time (paid directly to the owner by cash). Heating must be booked well in advance. The pool has a -15 degree limit (cannot be used if there is - 15 celcius or colder).

The beach is 0.8 km away and can be reached along a way by car or by bike (bike can be rented from owner) or walking. The beach is hard and deep. Owner rents a lakeside sauna by extra cost 3 km away, there also beach suitable for children. Lakeside sauna's rent is 100 € / use. Owner will be heated sauna ready for clients. Payment on the spot to the owner.

Next to Villa Ebba lives during summer time a couple of dozen of sheep. Guests can feed the sheep if they want. As an assistant there is professional shepherd / a herding dog Pike. The owners can gladly tell about the sheep and their treatment.
Tervalepikko's sheep live under conventional conditions in the middle of meadow and forest.

Please mention when you book the cottage if you need travel bed for babies and high chair. Owner will bring these to the cottage if needed.

The owner can rent an outboard motor, recreational equipment (eg. canoes, bicycles, electric bicycles and fishing equipment), as well as a lakeside sauna. The electric car can be charged from the cottage's 3-phase socket, this must be agreed in advance with the cottage owner.

Owner has two rental cottages (12927 and 12928) 2 km away.

In winter (when there is enough snow), both freestyle and classic skiing trail starts from the yard of the cottage, length of 11 km.

Sysmä 7 km; tennis court, jogging track, ice skating rink (artificial ice), an accordion museum, swimming hall, cinema 7 km, Pulkkilanharju 40 km, Vääksy Canal 60 km.

National park Päijätsalo (Päijänne National Park) 15 km, Kammiovuori 24 km / Southern Finland's second highest point of 221 m), Yhden lehmän navetan pub (barn pub) 22 km, Sysmä service house's indoor swimming pool and fitness center 7 km, golf course Hartola Golf 28 km.
