In addition, there is a large, well-equipped kitchen with two pieces of every appliance as well as kitchen equipment in abundance. Further, there is a sofa room and a dining room with a long table for 14-16 people. Have fun and relax in the pool area with swimming pool w. counter-current system, a water slide, spa and hot sauna. The cottage is decorated with designer furniture and lamps as well as art on the walls. In addition, there is sattelite TV with a large selection of channels in all rooms, including both lofts, the living room, the activity room and the pool area. The house has underfloor heating throughout thanks to a geothermal heating system. A designer wood stove in the living room creates extra cosiness in the evening. Solar panels for green energy are mounted on the roof of the house. At your disposal you have a large, covered terrace as well as a very large, tiled terrace around the whole house with associated garden furniture, parasols, barbecue, raised beds and plants. The property is fenced. For the children, playing equipment is avilable in the garden. In front of the house, there is parking spaces for 6-8 cars. The nearest town is Tisvildeleje (2 km), which is a well-known coastal and summer town with cinema, restaurants, cafes, a wonderful, sandy beach and a train station with train towards Hillerød. Opposite Tisvildeleje is Vejby (2 km) with supermarkets, a gas station and kiosk.The entire North Coast from Liseleje over Tisvildeleje, Rågeleje, Gilleleje to Hornbæk offers fantastic nature experiences, greatswimming opportunities and abundant summer life. Copenhagen is only a 45 minutes' drive from the house, and along the way, you pass right by Hillerød with the famous Frederiksborg Castle. Sweden can be visited by ferry from Helsingør, also a 45 minutes' drive away.
