This fully-renovated house is very spacious and comes with a sauna where you can rejuvenate, a furnished garden for relaxing with loved ones and enjoying barbecue nights and a south-facing terrace for lingering and enjoying your morning and evening coffee.

Close by is a nice park with beautiful fountains, a playground and a swimming pool. Few km away are the ski resorts of Winterberg and Neuastenberg. The Winterberg bobsleigh track is 5 km away. Nearby is the large adventure mountain ‘Kappe’ with a summer toboggan run, climbing wall, panorama castle and a mountain bike and bicycle park.
