Comfortable apartment on the slopes of Terfens with saunaAt 840m above sea level, the Umlberg in Terfens, this apartment will keep you warm and fuzzy. It features stunning views over the Inn Valley and a wonderful spa area. Ideal for friends or family.

The residence is approximately 3km from the city center. The free ski bus to the ski paradise of Fügen / Hochzillertal and the surroundings are - especially in summer - perfect for hiking and cycling (in the Karwendel).

The farmhouse is surrounded by orchards to relax at and feel close to nature. The animals are present throughout the year and children enjoy free pony rides and sleep in a hay-hut.
