In the heart of the beautiful, well-kept and green countryside of the Val di Chiana, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves, we find a typical Tuscan farmhouse dating back to 1850 that has been restored and furnished in typical style and has maintained the production of high quality olive oil and DOCG wine.
The property is situated in a wonderful and quiet position and is 3 Km from Civitella in Val di Chiana, a village that was already inhabited in Roman times and which today is a small hamlet restructured after the Second World War; 10 Km from Monte San Savino, a village of Etruscan origin and fortified in Roman times, which then became an ancient medieval village that deserves to be seen, where there is a picturesque square, a tower and a Romanesque church, immersed in a panorama of luxuriant woods; 15 Km Arezzo is known as the city of gold and haute couture and has been home to artists and poets such as Francesco Petrarca, Giorgio Vasari, and Guido d'Arezzo, but today it is above all known for the important Joust of the Saracen (third Sunday in June and first Sunday in September); 22 km Castiglione Fiorentino, a town dating back to Etruscan times and then revalued in Roman times thanks to the surrounding countryside, was fought over in the past for its strategic position; 33 km the famous town of Cortona, of Etruscan origin, which still preserves its ancient walls, is also the land of illustrious figures from the Renaissance, Luca Signorelli, Beato Angelico, Pietro Berrettini and Gino Severini. Their masterpieces can be admired in the various museums of the city and in the churches of the historic centre; 39 km away is Montepulciano, which has become famous for its product of excellence, the 'Rosso di Montepulciano' wine; 50 km Tuoro sul Trasimeno, a small town on Lake Trasimeno with beaches. There is certainly no shortage of opportunities to visit wine cellars and taste typical Tuscan products, which on a culinary level enrich all the history that the Val di Chiana villages have to offer. Riding enthusiasts can go horse riding at the Arezzo Equestrian centre and the Foggiarina riding school.
The structure is divided into 8 flats of which 4 (Botticelli, Dante, Galileo, Leonardo) are part of the offer.
Galileo Galilei flat - ground floor: living-dining room with fireplace and access to private garden to the rear and front of the flat, a bathroom with shower; first floor: double bedroom, twin-bedded room, a bathroom with shower.The property includes an infinity pool with salt water (6x14 depth 1.40m open from 01/05 to 30/09), jacuzzi and sauna in the pool area open from 01/04, "pitch and put" golf course, synthetic grass tennis court, five-a-side football pitch, Nordic walking track, Wi-fi and shared parking.
Extra charges and information

Heating charges at 7€/mc are to be paid on the spot.
Air-conditioning changes have to be paid on the spot at 10€/day.
Guests with pets have to pay 35€/ week.
Laundry facilities can be used at 7€ /load.
The spa can be used at 15€/person and has to be requested a day before use.
Check-in time is from 3-6 pm and the check-out time is 10 am.Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of May 2023 to the 30th of September 2023
