This charming, carefully restored, semi-detached holiday property, circa 1789, is situated in the centre of the charming and historic village of St. Alvère. The enclosed courtyard, includes a private, swimming pool with a spa and decked sunbathing area, shaded by a 100-year-old lime tree. The terrace provides a delightful area for outdoor dining and relaxing. Within the property, enjoy the benefit of a wood-burning stove and sauna, with all bedrooms being ensuite it makes an ideal base for a larger family or group of friends.
