This well-maintained and very cosy house was built in 2007. It is located in a scenic area near the lake of Rørbæk. The source of river Gundenå offers excellent opportunities for fishing. The house is well furnished and has three separate bedrooms. The bright living room has a ceiling that is open to the ridge and on cool evenings you can light the stove and enjoy its cosy warmth. The house has a classy decor. In the bathroom you will find a jacuzzi, a sauna, a washer and a dryer. There are several terraces in front of the house where you can enjoy the sunlight. Some of the terraces are partly covered and are therefore well suited for those long summer evenings outdoors. On days when the weather is unfavourable for outdoor activities, you can enjoy the chromecast and Xbox One or watch TV. There are good fishing lakes and hiking trails in the area. Legoland, the Løveparken Givskud Zoo and Tørring Action Park are located nearby. You can also visit the Thyregod water park located 3 km away from the house. Distance to major attractions - Billund, Lalandia and Legoland - 20 km, Vejle 25 km, Herning 42 km, Silkeborg 45 km.
