The holiday apartment built in 1955, renovated in 2001 and is in the typical country style furnished. The property is located on a farm. The domicile is also popular because of the view over woods from the property and the quiet location at the edge of the woods.
For use are available: grill possibility and terrace.

Schwielochsee OT Guhlen, district Goyatz. The holiday apartement is located on a farm, on a 3000 sqm, closed garden plot with meadow, flowers, bushes and trees, limited by a fence and a hedce.
The apartment is located in a guest house with other rooms in rural typical ambience, family atmosphere and in a very quiet location.
The access goes via a side road (asphalted). Parking lot (for 8 cars) on the property.

Air conditioning / heating: central heating. TV reception takes place via satellite. TV channels only in local language.

Indoor swimming pool (heatable, 9 m x 5 m, depth 1,4 m, usable all year around, for common use). Plunge pool and swimming pool with countercurrent system and massage jets.

Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with electric stove, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 sink and WC.

Included in the price: parking place, electricity, water, bed linen.
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning 35 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: breakfast 7,50 € per person per day. wellness 5 € per person per hour. Towels (please order at booking) 5 € per person per week.
