This is a spacious and stylishly furnished apartment equipped with a south-facing balcony. There is a sauna on the same floor which can be used for a fee. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area within walking distance from the centre and away from the Castle Park which has the Baroque Gardens and the Schiedersee with open-air pool. On the other hand you also reach the excellently signposted network of hiking trails of the High Mörthes (446 metres). On the plateau you will also find one of the largest raised bogs in northern Germany, situated a few hundred metres away. The landlord offers pickup and drop facility from Schieder Station. Your bikes can be safely kept in a garage under lock. Beverages can be purchased locally.Here you can spend your holidays in Western Uplands, close to the southern slopes of the Teutoburg Forest. In addition to the scenic attractions of this vast, water and foliage of deciduous forest of the low mountain range, you will find one of the richest cultural landscapes in Germany. Many spas in the area lure with different attractions. Also, the nearby Staatsbad Pyrmont alongside its famous Palm Garden of the Hufeland Therme, a zoo, the castle and the unique attractions like a mist cave and sinkholes are also worth seeing.
