These wonderful holiday houses with a pleasant atmosphere are located right on the old harbour of Nykøbing on Zealand. The architects have planned these houses after being inspired by the historic buildings in the harbour of Skagen and to create a harmonious integration into the original maritime atmosphere. A perfect setting for a comfortable and relaxing holiday awaits you at a short distance away from the tourist attractions and small town life. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a beautifully enclosed sunny terrace. The region of Odsherred to the northwest stretch of Zealand offers a wide range of activities; you can go hiking or on a cycling tour on the 27 km trail around the Isefjord, play golf, take up fishing sport and enjoy different water sports. Odsherred is surrounded by the Isefjord, the Kattegatt and the Bay of Sejero. It is characterised by untouched unique nature. The ice age landscape of Odsherred is crucial for its very presence. That is the reason for it being a geo park. You can travel to the grave mound street and experience the landscape that has stood since the Ice Age, the megalithic tombs of the Stone Age, and the grave mounds of the Bronze Age. You can also see the ruins of Ulkerup Village, Hempel Glass Museum, Odsherred Museum and visit the replica of the sun chariot that was found at the bottom of Trundholm Moses and the pocket stones which is a geological wonder. The castle of Naesholm Borg is situated between the small island in Nygard So lake between Hojby and Nykobing. You can learn to fish in the nature school located here as well as enjoy expeditions into the forest, butterfly safaris and troll and fox safaris. Houvig Nature Reserve is a developed marshland with rich bird life. Gronnehaveskoven Forest has a fitness trail as well as a dog forest and the spring of Thorskilde provides a magical appearance to the Kongeengen Meadows. You can take a tour behind the walls of an old psychiatric hospital with a smart guide. People who love to hike can take the following hiking trips: Sea, sand and wind - 16.2 km long, water birds - 8 km or coastal culture - 7.5 km. Children will be excited to see the fire museum in Odsherred with several vehicles of the fire-fighters. You can visit the seal safaris from the harbour of Rørvig which is 5 km away from the house. It has a ferry service to Hundested. Copenhagen is barely an hour's drive away. Other interesting tourist destinations include the swimming resorts along the north coast of Zealand and Kronborg in Helsingør or Helsingborg in Sweden. There are good swimming locations to the north of Nykøbing along the Kattegat coast.
