Interior

"Royal", 3-room apartment 60 m2. Tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, dining table, kitchen corner, satellite TV and international TV channels. Exit to the balcony, to the terrace. 2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. Open kitchen (Gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, freezer). 2 showers/bidet/WC. Air-conditioning, forced-air heating. Heating not available in all rooms. 2 balconies or 2 terraces. Terrace furniture, deck chairs (2). Facilities: safe, children's high chair, baby cot for up to 2 year olds. Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. No mandatory extra charges to be paid on-site except for local tax. Bedlinen, towels, final cleaning and all energy costs are included.

Important note: From Sept. 25th 2022 until May 12th 2023 and from Sept. 24th 2023 until May 15th 2024 only the holiday houses and apartments will be available. All facilities will be closed. For shared use: property 4 ha, well-kept garden with lawn and plants, swimming pool (690 m2, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 23.Sep.). Unconventional pool shape. Children's pool, table tennis, children's playground. In the complex: reception, restaurant, bar, lounge, WiFi, sauna, fitness room, steam room, hydro massage bath (all included), washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycle rental. Breakfast and half board possible (extra). Parking at the house. Electric vehicle charging station. Supermarket 1.5 km, bus stop 200 m, railway station "Latisana (Venezia-Trieste)" 20 km, sandy beach 1.8 km. Marina 1 km, golf course (18 hole) 200 m.
