The living, dining and kitchen area is open and large. During the planning, special emphasis was placed on visibility and communication! When on vacation, in particular, you want to share your time with others and not spend it in separate rooms. Here you have the opportunity to chat with your loved ones at the dining table or on the couch while you cook! The kitchen area is of course tiled. However, the living, dining and sleeping areas are covered with real wood floorboards. The planks on the floor create a cozy ambience, you immediately feel comfortable and at ease. These boards are also in the bedrooms. There are no cold feet here, even without shoes! The bedrooms have double beds with bedside tables and a spacious bedroom closet. Bed linen is provided by our laundry service, and there is also a warm blanket for everyone. In the living and dining area there is a large table with 6 chairs, here is also the direct access to the terrace. Right next to it is our fireplace, centrally located, it provides cozy warmth for the whole house in winter! There is always enough wood available, including instructions for the inexperienced!
In the "couch area" you will find everything a modern living room needs .... Flat screen TV with BlueRay / DVD, mini-system for CD's, radio and of course you can also receive our WiFi signal here! (LAN socket is also available, please bring your own patch cable!) There is space for a fifth person on the couch. Please note that a small surcharge is required here! You can expect a spacious bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, extra toilet between the bedrooms and of course a sauna. The bathroom and the extra toilet are tiled, the bathroom has underfloor heating and an extra heated towel rail. There are enough storage options. The windows are each satined so that you don't have to fear any looks from outside! A hair dryer is part of our standard equipment, as is the cosmetic mirror! In the outside area you can expect wide, generous areas. The 25sqm terrace offers enough space to grill and relax. The large table is designed for 6 people, which can also be shaded by the parasol! A grill is of course also part of the equipment! Adjacent are extensive lawns and meadows. From the terrace you have a wide, wonderful view of the landscape. To the left of the house is the carport, which you can use to park your vehicle. The almost 20m long driveway offers further parking possibilities! Behind the carport is a garden shed, which offers you storage space for bicycles, etc. The field behind the house or to the left of the driveway is also part of the property (as far as the cherry laurel plants are!). However, it is mowed from time to time by our family Kremer.

Das Haus selber ist verputzt und mit Holzvertäfelungen oberhalb, und unterhalb der Fenster verschönert. Die weißen Fenster sind dreifachverglast und die Haustüre mit einer automatischen Verrieglung ausgestattet. Somit müssen Sie nicht extra abschließen!
Das Haus ist von aussen optimal ausgeleuchtet! Einmal die Terrassenbeleuchtung, welche vom Esszimmer aus betätigt werden kann. Eine Eingangsbeleuchtung mit Beleuchtung der kompletten Einfahrt aus LED Leuchtkörpern im Boden. Zu guter Letzt haben wir eine dämmerungsabhängige Nachtbeleuchtung rund ums Haus herum installiert. Diese kann jedoch im Hauswirtschaftsraum deaktiviert werden.
