Whether winter sports enthusiasts, hikers or mountain bikers - you too can enjoy the scenic advantages of the low mountain range in the Bavarian Forest Nature Park all year round. Due to its excellent location in the high valley and the over 1,000 m high local mountains Pröller, Knogl, Predigtstuhl, Hochberg and Hirschenstein, St. Englmar offers a wide variety of outdoor activities. In summer, 125 km of marked hiking trails are waiting to be explored, while in winter, 12 km of perfectly groomed slopes and eight lifts with floodlights are waiting for you.
