Infrared sauna

The infrared sauna is a modern alternative to the traditional sauna, where not the air, but the body is directly warmed by infrared rays. This form of sauna offers a particularly gentle and deep-acting heat treatment, which is ideal for people who avoid high temperatures or want to specifically relieve muscle tension and pain.

In the infrared sauna, comparatively mild temperatures of about 30 to 60 degrees prevail. The heat is generated by special infrared emitters that act directly on the skin and penetrate deep into the tissue. This deep heat ensures targeted warming of the muscles and joints, promoting blood circulation and relieving muscle tension without putting too much strain on the body. A stay in the infrared sauna can last between 20 and 40 minutes, depending on personal preference, as the heat is gentle and pleasant.

A particular advantage of the infrared sauna is that it puts less strain on the circulatory system than traditional sauna sessions. This makes it particularly suitable for people with circulatory problems or sensitive circulation. Despite the milder temperatures, sweating in the infrared sauna is intense, as the deep heat opens the skin pores and effectively detoxifies the body. This leads to gentle purification and cleansing of the skin.

The infrared sauna is not only relaxing but also therapeutically effective. The deep-acting heat can relieve muscle and joint pain, release tension, and aid in recovery after physical activity. Additionally, infrared radiation is often used to alleviate chronic pain and promote healing in cases of inflammation.

Due to its gentle effect, the infrared sauna is ideal for regular use and can be used according to personal preference without overloading the body. It offers an excellent way to relieve tension, stimulate metabolism, and gently relax – perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy the soothing warmth in a gentle yet deep-acting way.
