The house consists of the first and second floors of the farmhouse and is accessed via a loggia and stairs.
first floor: large kitchen, dining room, corridor leading to the bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with bathroom, 1 family room (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom)
second floor / attic: 1 double bedroom with bathroom, 1 triple bedroom with bathroom.
The ground floor, where the cellars used to be, is currently closed for a future extension of the farmhouse.
Pool area: swimming pool, deck chairs, umbrellas and sofas for relaxation. The pool area is accessible free of charge during the day for your exclusive use.
Wellness room: whirlpool and sauna, their use is governed by responsible use.

2 bicycles available for free, we are surrounded by 24 total hectares of land with ideal routes for cycling or walking, north walking, bird watching among typical Tuscan landscapes and views of the hills. A few km from Lucignano, a medieval town that has preserved its historical elliptical shape, with the museum that houses the golden tree. The Val d 'Orcia with Montepulciano, Pienza (Unesco heritage), Montalcino and Bagno Vignoni with the natural spas are only about 20 km away.
Just 30 km away there is Arezzo with the Duomo and Piazza Grande that will make you involve you in history. Siena is only 40 km away, famous for its cathedral, tower and Piazza del Campo.
Also near us there are ranches for horse riding.
We also have a small organic garden near the farmhouse, where we plant spices and vegetables that you can collect yourself for free
