The apartment has about 40 m2 or 440 square feet plus a large terrace. Kitchen, bathroom and dining –living room are on the first level, upstairs is a spacious bedroom. It comes with a new, fully equipped kitchen including a microwave/bake oven, fridge with a ***freezer compartment, toaster, coffee machine and dishwasher. All essential china and silver as well as kitchen utensils, coffee and a few spices are there. In the living room you will find a new TV, a couch that can be converted into a bed, and a dining corner. We also offer free Wi-Fi. The cozy but spacious bedroom upstairs is also brand-new.The apartment is in the back of the building and very quiet. Only the laughter of children in the playground and the cowbells can be heard.The apartment building features an indoor pool, a table tennis room, and a heated room for storing ski –and hiking equipment. A covered parking spot also belongs to the apartment. For a small fee you can use the washing machine and dryer, and the sauna.The apartment is ideal for two or three people. Children and dogs are welcome.Important! This a smoke-free apartment building.Nearby are various shops, restaurants, a public library, several hiking trails, a ski lift that connects with the ski arena on Imberg, a golf course and next to the building is a public playground. The bus station for the Oberstaufen-Hochgrat bus is only a few feet away.Nearby Oberstaufen offers restaurants, shopping and more trails and outdoor activities.

Since December 2017 we are offering Oberstaufen Plus. This means free access to lifts, the wellness spa "Aquaria" and much more.Bed sheets and towels can be rented for € 15 p.p. Please, advice beforehand. Payment is due upon arrival.Please note: the municipality charges € 2.80 per person and day, called “Kurtaxe”. To be paid on arrival. Children under the age of 16 pay half.Dogs are € 5 per day.Final cleaning: € 60.Cancellation policy.Upon booking 50% of the rent are due, this guaranties your booking. The remainder is to be paid four weeks before arrival.In case of a cancellation up to 30 days prior to arrival the full amount will be refunded.In case you cancel less than 30 days before arrival the full amount is due. We therefore recommend a trip cancellation insurance.

Steibis can easily be reached by public transportation. The nearest airport in Memmingen is about 80 km away. From there you can travel to Oberstaufen by train. The nearest international airport is Munich which also has excellent connection by train to Oberstaufen There is regular bus service between Oberstaufen and Steibis.A number of other long distance trains from across Germany also go directly to Oberstaufen or nearby Immenstadt.When traveling by car take the A7 and exit near Kempten. Follow the signs to Oberstdorf, and around Immenstadt take Highway 308 to Oberstaufen.
